Medical Ministry is still an important part of the overall ministry of REMM. Since our founding as a medical ministry in 1989.
The Bridge. Our coffee shop was founded to be a source of revenue for the orphanage, but also to serve as a meeting place for churches, Christian youth, and visiting teams to gather.
Agape Ministry
provides opportunities for fellowship and encouragement for the poorest families in the region.
Gypsy Ministry. The Roma (Gypsy) people are subjected to a great deal of discrimination. We seek to share the love of Christ with this community.
Evangelism. As a result of REMM’s ministries, the response to the gospel has been astounding. RCA helps create evangelistic outreach opportunities for short-term mission teams and also supports evangelists from various walks of life. For example, we help plant gypsy churches, share the love of Christ with prisoners in overcrowded prisons, and visit the terminally ill in State hospitals, leper sanitariums and State nursing homes. We provide a Christian witness to high-standing government officials, and even officers in the Romanian police. We are ardent in our calling to spread the good news of Jesus Christ. Our short-term mission teams have also provided important evangelistic outreach programs including programs in the public schools and providing village Bible study programs for youth and children of Romania.

Casa Josef is a private, Christian orphanage for children whom have been abandoned by their parents. Through Casa Josef (Casa Iosif), we currently have 37 children under the age of 5 in our care. Because Romania has been closed to international adoptions for over two years, the orphanage is in critical need! Please click here for more information on how you can help!
Dr. Peter Lucaciu, with wife, Ana, founded REMM in 1989 as a means to provide medical services to the poor and promote the gospel. Since that time, the ministry has grown to encompass an orphanage (Casa Josef), an outreach to the Gypsy community, the Agape Ministry to the poor and shut-in, a greenhouse ministry, and a coffee house outreach ministry in addition to offering short-term mission opportunities to visitng teams.
